How It Works

Eligibility

Students 13-18 years old who are currently enrolled in middle or high school can apply. They must have access to a computer or other device with a camera and microphone. We are looking for highly engaged students who want to improve their financial skills.

Education

Students will participate in a series of three 45-minute sessions held virtually. Topics cover smart money habits, credit awareness, and long-term saving. The curriculum is practical and interactive, and is designed to build a strong financial foundation.

Engagement

After completing all three sessions, youth will be asked to refer at least three friends or family members to apply for the program. This model builds a network of financial-savvy peers, fostering a culture of financial responsibility that can grow organically.

Advancement

Graduates will receive an immediate financial incentive of $250 for completing the program. If they maintain at least a $250 balance in a checking or savings account after one year, they will receive an additional $250 to continue their savings journey.
